3D Brake Caliper Scans - COMING SOON!

Our team have been working on adding new and precise 3D caliper scans to our portfolio. This new provision allows us to show calipers in high definition with additional detail for suspension and steering if present. 3D caliper scans are highly accurate and due to the file format, ensure that anyone within your organisation can access the file. These allow you to overlay your wheel drawings quickly and easily and give you a precise understanding of any modifications required

2D Brake Caliper Drawings

Our technical team maintain a caliper profile library which is updated continuously with the latest models as well as post-production vehicles on request. When purchased, these CAD drawings help wheel manufacturers to review wheel design and determine how wheels can be modified to accommodate caliper clearance to enable fitment to a broader range of vehicles or a particular vehicle.

CAD Wheel Fitment Analysis - Caliper Overlay

AutoCAD 2D drawings are overlaid with caliper profiles to provide a global vehicle fitment list that shows what vehicles the wheel fits. If the wheel doesn’t fit a vehicle, we then analyse what changes are required. Manufacturers can then make necessary adjustments on their wheels to include the non-matching vehicles before production begins.
